Superpowers you must possess:

• Long term thinker and short term doer. You need to think of the evolution of products but strategically work on smaller parts to achieve the overall vision. This comes with a lot of experience and this differentiates a designer from a great designer. We are looking for a Great designer. - Batman
• Design products (Android, iOS & Web) - systematically, interactively, visually - that are incredibly simple and elegant. - Ironman
• Design & develop responsive applications. - Antman
• Partner with the development team in implementation, testing and QA; Manage and improve the products based on user feedback. - Professor X
• To design mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Quick turnaround of enhancements and fixes. - Flash
• Keen eye on finer details in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, visualization, etc. - Black widow
• Create and maintain design deliverables such as wireframes, mockups, user journeys, application flow diagrams, personas to ensure UI consistency, with the end goal of delivering user experience assets that can be used by our development and solution teams. - Shuri

What we re looking for:

• Strong sense of design style and up to date with design trends.
• Strong product thinking and understanding of tactical design. Ability to read through PRDs, SDSs and roadmaps to understand the requirements and deliver Software Design documents and design deliverables based on that.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and/or similar tools.
• Experience for taking designs from execution to implementation. Delivering CSS files, Hi-fidelity screens for components/pages to the development team.
• Ability to design and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Ability to anticipate issues at a macro and micro level concurrently.
• Highly organized and efficient when working across multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.
• Interaction design is an important part of your work. You must be proficient with this skill set.
• Love showing your work often because it s how you improve. Create feature snippets and videos based on Hi-fidelity prototypes.

Preferred Qualifications :

• 4+ years of experience in application design
• 1+ years of experience in visual design
• Expert knowledge in interaction design
• Experience designing for different personas (amatuer user, expert user, local audience, international audience and multi-language localization)
