Job Summary Inventory control of Mechanical Spares & Maintenance cost.To ensure zero breakdowns and 100% preventive maintenance of machines. Zero reoccurrence of failures. Coordination & follow up with key external vendors and maintenance consultants. Planning of mechanical jobs. Take new initiatives for improving Up time. Co-ordination with Process for of Machine & OEE improvements. Execution of mechanical activities within budgeted expenses. Subordinate Development & training on worlds best maintenance practices. SAP & TPM Module on Preventive Maintenance of Machine ,Shift Handling ,Man Power Plaining ,TPM Work of Maintenance Zone.
