Job Summary
To establish quality systems to ensure customer centric quality product from raw material to finished product & review the same for improvements. To explore new ideas based on market requirement for achieving maximum NSR. Re-engineering of existing products for making cost effective products To work on Value Added product for increasing EBDITA & revenue. Co-ordination with marketing for sample development priorities. To guide the team for product feasibility, design & quality with existing set up. Monitoring of sample OTIF % Acceleration of sample development process & ensure RFT. Meeting & co-ordination with Customers for better product clarity. To allocate responsibilities/objectives of team. Conduct technical training of team members for knowledge enhancement & all round development of team. Performance analysis of team as a whole. To lead department for Best Performance & Successor development. To ensure the effectiveness of the SOP_x0092_s Communicate business plan objectives, vision & performance to team/individuals. Motivating team for active participation in Organizational initiatives like TPM, MUSKAAN, SHAAN & SHE
