Job Summary
"1) Daily tracking of actual vs planned production 2) Inventory management and rationalization 3) Manage detailed MIS to keep a track of the order execution status, WIP and balances. 4) Follow up with concerned department to manage shortfalls and time delays 5) To coordinate with quality and production teams to find the reasons for low quality or any other variations in the given parameters 6) To coordinate with SCM dept. regarding liquidating inventory(basis ageing)and data management in SAP 7) Manage order scheduling basis S&OP guidelines for timelines and cut off dates 8) Follow-up and control over incoming of packing material, raw material and other dispatch schedules 9) Data management in SAP envicoming of packing material, raw material and other dispatch schedules 9) Data management in SAP environment 10) Based upon the SO available, work upon the total orders to be produced. 11) Based upon the SO available, work upon the Paper, work upon the total orders to be produced. 12) Based upon the SO available,work upon the Paper production & controlling 13) To select, evaluate and develop subordinators of the section. Provide professional guidance through performance, evaluate and develop subordinators of the section. Provide professional guidance through performance management, training and coaching etc."
