Medical fitness of new joinee. Attend all medical emergency. Periodical health checkup of all employee. Maintain all staturay registers. Maintain all relevant records related to Health center. Procurement of medicines. Liaison with tie up hospitals. Participate in CSR activities. Impart training as per industiral needs. Make Health center complied with Biomedical Waste compliance and other compliance as per law of land. Supervise and train paramedical staff. Suggest and advice managment for betterment of employee health.
