Scope of Position: The immediate duty of this individual is to provide sales leadership in the US/Canada region for Expansion of user base in the North American region (USA/Canada) for engineering software tools Sales of process consulting services, customized software development projects as well as engineering services. To be successful, the BDM must have a proven track record of sales of one or more of the following: CAD, computer aided engineering (CAE) software, PLM software, engineering services, instrumentation, control systems & data analytics products to the oil & gas, chemical, consumer products and pharmaceutical companies in US/Canada. The BDM should have excellent relationships in the R&D and Process Engineering community. The BDM will be ably supported by a team of senior technical consultants and a marketing team. Resources for market research, account research, contact discovery, email marketing, webinars, trade shows etc. will be provided. The technical team members are also able to travel for customer presentations and project discussions. We also support free sample projects and trials to help accelerate sales. The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary (depending on experience), commission and bonus plan.
