Job Description: Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure Basic hardware maintenance: Printers, Scanners, Switches, WiFi, etc Maintain internal website, timesheet and other related internal tools Continuous up gradation of systems with newer features/OS and facilitation. Search relevant open-source tools and technologies and facilitate deployment Managing Windows updates Managing routine hardware and software issues for users Get involved on procurement from the finalization of technical specifications of hardware and software Manage renewal of various software and subscriptions Education Background: Diploma in Hardware and Networking/BE IT/BSc IT Desired Skills: Total experience of system and network administration of about 1 to 2 years Experience in handling of Windows and Linux-based systems/servers Experience in handling of Engineering Analysis Software/Systems is preferred but not mandatory Exposure to open-source tools/technologies will be an added advantage Willing to learn new tools and technologies Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong Presentation Skills
