Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION - BDE

1-4 years of working experience as a BDE US ITStaffing/US Staffing/ US Recruitment industry(minimum 1 year of Sales/BD exp.is required ).

Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2,Corp2Corp ,1099.

Must have good understanding of US recruitmentprocess.

Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice,Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc.

Must have good experience in cold calling, ratenegotiation and also need to have good convincing and closing skills. Must havegood understanding on all IT technologies.

The BDE will act as a strategic hiring partnerto our clients.

Achieve staffing objectives by procure clientspipeline, develop positive leads and convert them to client procurement andfinally forge relationships with new clients.

Coordinating with recruitment team to supplyresources to the existing and new clients and follow it up with the clients ona regular basis. She/he will be the POC for the client.

Responsibilities: Identify prospective clientsthus forming a pipeline, sustained tele interaction with them to convert suchleads to new clients.

Maintain good relationship with the clients andidentify their requirements.Coordinate with the recruitment team to facilitate timely submission andsubsequent screening process to the client.

Develop and maintain Candidate & Clientrelationships Schedule and coordinate face-to-face and phone interviews forclient hiring managers with candidates.

Coordinate with client for screening process andfeedback and share them with the recruitment for better results.

Follow up with client to complete therecruitment cycle once the candidate is selected..Assess technical requirements and assign it to the team or work hands on untila team is established.

Constantly check on recruiter'scall/submission/Interview volume.

Assess recruiter training needs and arrangestraining under the direction of Delivery/Account Manager and Director-US OperationsFirst level of contact for resolving recruiter issues First level of contactfor addressing recruiter performance issues Exercises judgment and discretionin accordance with established policies, procedures and techniques ,Absence andTime Management of the team

Preferred skills to have:

Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources orrelated field preferred Social networking sourcing skills preferred Stronginternet skills including a variety of web-based applications.Strong MS Office experience ,Strong problem solving abilities.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills Increased levelof business knowledge.

Excellent relationship building, negotiation,and time management skills.
