Follow up with candidates

Craftingrecruiting emails to attract passive candidates

Sourcingpotential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media andprofessional platforms like naukri.com, shine.com, monster, LinkedIn )

Requirements for IT Recruiter:

Ability to build strongrelationships

Ability to learn technical information

Self-confidence and self-starter

Office automation tools (MSOffice etc) for proofreading, editing and formatting

Good written and verbalcommunication skills
