Key Responsibilities Area :

Content Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement content strategies aligned with the overall digital marketing goals and target audience.

Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities.

Plan and create content calendars that include a mix of engaging, informative, and promotional content across various digital platforms.

Content Creation and Curation:

Create compelling and high-quality content, concepts for social media posts

Curate relevant and engaging content from various sources to supplement the content strategy.

Write persuasive copy for advertisements, landing pages, marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce visually appealing and impactful content.

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that align with the content strategy.

Create and optimize content for paid advertising campaigns, including ad copy, landing pages, and visuals.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Social Media Management:

Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Monitor social media analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of social media efforts.

Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Website Management:

Collaborate with the web development team to ensure website content is up to date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.

Optimize website content and structure for search engine visibility and user experience.

Monitor website analytics and make data-driven recommendations for website improvements.

Implement and manage landing pages, forms, and other lead generation elements.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as designers, writers, marketers, and developers, to align content with marketing initiatives.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives.

Present content ideas, strategies, and performance reports to internal teams and clients.

Stay responsive and maintain clear and open communication channels within the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, (Digital) Marketing, Journalism, IT, English, or a similar field

1+ years of experience in (digital) content curation or a related position

Analytical Thinking: The ability to analyze data and performance metrics to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Creativity: The ability to come up with fresh and innovative ideas for content that will resonate with target audiences.

Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are essential for creating engaging content and interacting with customers on social media.

Attention to Detail: Attention to detail is important for creating high-quality content that is free of errors and meets brand standards.
