Job Summary
- Attend online tour enquiries & suggest right packages to the customers
- Closely work with customers and convert the enquiries into bookings
- Collaborate with operations team & suppliers in fulfilling custom requirements of the client
- Work with internal & external teams in resolving customer issues
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- willing to work in shifts
- Added Advantage: Kannada/Malayalam/Hindi/Tamil
Minimum qualification requirement
Preferred - Customer Support skill with 1+ years experience
Preferred - Bachelor's or higher education
Preferred - Located in Tirupati
Preferred - Good command over English,Tamil/Kannada/Malayalam/Hindi
