- Request refunds from suppliers based on communicated policies via GDS/BSP Refund Application or Low Cost tool (Travelfusion, Spark)/website
- Create refund documents in the dedicated BO tool following the Refund Index procedure
- Confirm customer eligibility for refunds (based on booking history) update existing refund documents where applicable.
