Designation - Zonal Head CLSS Imaging

Education Qualification: BE, BTech, Science Graduate, BSc

Experience: 15 to 20 Relevant experience

Locations: Mumbai and Chennai

Job Responsibilities:

Managing & creating channel partners for CLSS Imaging business

Be responsible to deliver Sales of CLSS Imaging products for all the assigned states

Have good team handling skills and drive team to achieve revenue target

Supporting team in customer grievance handling

Travel consistently and coach team in meeting the management expectation

Be accountable for KOL's Management, Project Sales, Tender Management creating brand visibility

Monitor calls and leads generated by team and motivate them

Train and groom team to follow discipline and meet desired sales results

Plan and develop new strategies to support business growth

Submission of sales reports and other information to HO periodically

Ensure team follows all the standard guidelines and policies

Managing retention and reducing attrition rate
