Roles and Responsibilities
Position - Freelance Recruiter
Experience- 1 to 3 years
Working days: Monday to Friday (Saturday also if required)
Timing: 10 am - 6.30 pm.
Mode: Work From Home (Delhi or PAN India)
Remuneration: Rs. 500 per candidate (TDS 7.5% to 10% applicable)
Remuneration time: 15th to 25th every month for hiring between 26th to 25th of the previous month
Contract: 6 months (Extendable)
Qualification: Any Bachelors Degree qualified who wants to make a career in Human Resource
Due to COVID, we are working from home, contract will be provided once we start office.
Desired Candidate Profile
Aggressive and meet deadlines, have communication and email writing skills, listening skills, proactiveness, energetic
Requirement: We need somebody to join immediately, and who can do more than 30 to 40 calls per day, candidate must have their own mobile, internet and connectivity.
