Senior Analyst Job in Ttec

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and optimization of both physical and virtual desktop technology solutions and supporting infrastructure in SCCM and vSphere

• Hands-on installation, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft, VMware and other desktop virtualization technologies and solutions
• Perform standard technical changes and provide escalation support for complex technical issues per established methodologies
• Develop automation through script-based solutions utilizing Microsoft PowerShell and VBS scripting languages
• Responsible for capacity, high availability and disaster recovery planning and support
• Participation in defining and/or optimizing standard operating procedures including, but not limited to, best practice security measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of customer data
• Identify issues and risks and work towards timely resolutions

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of desktop engineering, VDI engineering, and managing systems such as SCCM, Group Policy Management, VMware tools, and other management tools
• Experienced in the design and deployment in SCCM and VMware VDI infrastructure in a large scale
• Good understanding in Network, Security, Firewall, Proxy and VPN technologies, and Call-Center support technologies
• Demonstrated expertise in Active Directory and GPO/GPP, and understanding of Shared Storage, Replication, load balancing, and LAN/WAN Technologies
• 5+ years of expertise installing, configuring and maintaining Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, VMware vSphere hypervisor, Hyper-V on blade and rack-mounted servers from Dell, HP, IBM, Cisco
• Strong and demonstrated experience with automated deployment platforms and scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, etc.)
• BS in Computer Science or related field
