Job Summary
Qualification: M.Sc (Ag) in Genetics and plant breeding (Preferable)
Experience : M.Sc (Ag) in Genetics and plant breeding Freshers

Skills Required:

  • Breeding of B.T Cotton Crop.
  • Hybridisation Techniques and
  • Release of promising varieties and hybrids.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Should Organise breeding programs as per the market requirements.
  • Should be able to manage day-to-day activities of seed farms / R & D farms.
  • Should collect and maintain required germ plasma for breeding and crop improvement programs.
  • Note the morphological and quality parameters as per DUS guidelines
  • Participate in conducting and monitor the initial, advanced and adaptive trials at different locations across the south zone.
  • Other tasks given by Sr. Breeder

Qualification :
Diploma, B.Com,B.Sc
Experience Required :

6 to 5 Years
