Job Summary
I. Responsibility and Authority
Payment follow up for pending payment from client through mail, phone calls and personal visits at client site
Personal visit will be mainly in NCR for which conveyance expenses will be reimbursed as per company s rule
Update of payments on company s portal
Reconciliation of customer ledger
Coordination with lab for any query raised by client and to resolve the same
Any other related work assigned by Manager
II. Education and Experience
1.Commerce graduate with minimum 1 year experience in Credit Control
2. Preferably should has own vehicle
3. Should be able to speak in Hindi and English
4. Should be conversant to work in Microsoft Outlook and MS-office
