Job Description

• Preparation of CBM schedule and adherence as per schedule of all the plants
• Ensure adherence to CBM implementation as per schedule
• Establish standards for data collection for all the CBM techniques
• Collect data as per the standards (Vibration, Ball bar, Thermography etc.,)
• Analyze the data in the software (FFT spectrum etc.,)
• Trending the measured values and interpret the observations
• Prepare corrective action report, with suggestions & send to respective units
• Support PMD team with advanced correction techniques like Laser alignments
• Monitor the effectiveness of the corrective actions carried out
• Train the maintenance team on CBM techniques
• Establish the service life of the components covered in CBM
• Co-ordinate for the CBM instruments calibration as per schedule
