Job Summary

Department : SPARES & SERVICE

Education : Any + English proficiency Experience : 2 to 3 years Travel : 5% weekly Location : HO @ Bhosari, Pune Reporting To : Senior Manager Sales Direct Reports : Nil

This Role is Responsible

  • Basic Product knowledge to ensure good customer connect and troubleshooting
  • Customer Management :
    • 24 X 7 phone availability considering emergencies
    • Preparing & Updating All Customer information with required contact details & analysis (region-wise, product-wise)
    • Obtain & recording periodic customer feedback/s
    • Preparing season s greetings to be sent by HOD
    • Service Module managing in ERP
  • Order Management | Customer Creation in ERP
    • Ensuring accurate and in time sending of quotation s
    • Managing and ensuring effective follow-up until to payment receipt
    • Ensure material availability with concerned (IF NEED BE)
  • Analyzed Reporting
    • Weekly | Monthly as needed | Product-wise | Customer-wise | Region-wise | Sales nos | Dispatch nos | Avg. delivery time | No. of delayed deliveries | Reason for delayed deliveries

The Preferred candidate

  • Proficient in English communication
  • Proficient in using MSOffice to maintain various database

will be added advantage

  • If has knowledge of Customer Support
  • If has work experience with manufacturing / Automation company
  • Candidates from PCMC area preferred (NO Transport facility)
  • Should be proficient in
    • Automation & Digitization savvy
    • Quick Learner | Continual improvement
    • Creative & innovative thinking approach
    • Analytics approach | MS Office proficient
