Job Description : Drafting, Vetting and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents, Give accurate timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics, Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues., Communicate and negotiate with other external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.) -Deal and handle complicated legal matters under GST, VAT etc., Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organisation., Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility., Maintain current knowledge of alteration in legislations, Handle Client calls, call with other legal teams, Handle assignments without much supervision., Handle Due Diligences for Acquisitions and investments, Drafting Shareholders agreements and various legal agreements etc.
