Job Description : HR Recruiter- 2 To 4 years of experience., Recruitment & Selection: Handling end to end recruitment for both fresher and laterals., Should have a very good understanding of Non-IT & IT requirements., Ability to communicate and to convince people for the rights cause., Source and recruit appropriate candidates by using databases, social media, etc by understanding the nature and importance of the requirement., Source passive candidates through a cold call, scheduling., Screen candidate's resume and job applications., Handholding the candidates till they join., Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and high attention to detail.
