Do you want to build and understand Business?Do you know Technology and Functional Requirements and scope the project? We are looking for:
running workshops with client SMEs to understand the end to end business process.
engage with Operations and IT teams to develop and deliver change projects successfully
be the liaison between the business units, technology and support teams through the lifecycle of a change request/ project including a fool-proof testing plan
post implementation review and management reporting
