It brings traders, wholesalers,distributors, retailers and manufacturers in India on to a single platform. At Udaan we are looking tocreate a fundamentally disruptive value proposition for small and medium businesses across India. We are looking for passionate HR professionals who want to gain an exposure of multiple facets of Human Resources. Udaan is growing and alongwith the organisation HR team is building the basics for a stronger foundation. We would like to work with energetic young people who are naturally curious to do new things and help us evolve the function by providing HR infrastructure to employees. The role incumbent will have challenging problem statements across some of these areas - 1. Learning and Development2. Rewards and Recognition3. HR operations4. Internal Communications5.
