Lead - Central Treasury-working Capital Management Job in Udaan

Job Responsibilities: Raise debt for short and long term as per business requirements Negotiate commercials and finalize documents for new facilities, renewal of facilities Financial Modelling / Projections, Review and analysis of Financial Statements Review Sanction Letters, Facility Agreements entered with Banks and ensure compliances of all covenants Interact with Banks/FIs, understanding their requirements and addressing queries raised by them Coordinate with Accounting, Business Finance, CS, Legal and Tax teams for required info and support them for compliances Debt servicing, Reporting and MIS. KRAs & KPIs of the role Raising debt for short and long term working capital / lease / other business requirements Execution and documentation of facilities Monitoring and ensuring of compliances and covenants Candidate Profile Qualified CA with a post-qualification experience of 5 -10 years Prior fund-raising experience is a must Must have an in-depth understanding of Treasury and its impact in Accounting, Tax and Compliance Must have experience in dealing with Bankers and FIs Must have excellent communication skills Functional Competencies Problem solving: Solve business problem with multiple data streams impacting decision making.
