Quality Control (meat) Job in Udaan
Job Summary
- 2-5 years experience in reputed Food manufacturing / Retail / related industry.
- Exposure to frozen /refrigerated products / meat & seafood, food packing materials.
- Well versed/ Exposure in HACCP, FSMS, NABL, QC tools like 5S, 6 sigma etc.
- Awareness in food spoilage and hands on experience in spoilage analyses (Chemical/ Physical/ Biological), food safety regulatory requirements, and industrial best practices.
- Internal/ external auditing experience.
