Job Summary

DEPARTMENT: Enterprise Sales

REPORTS TO: (Job Title Only) Sales Head

  • JOB PURPOSE ( Why the job exists) : Revenue Generation
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ( Major responsibilities in order of importance i.e., most important responsibility should be mentioned first)
  • Primarily- Achievement of Sales Targets/Revenue Generation.
  • New Business Development- New Brands on board- First Time advertisers/maximum coverage with clients.
  • Client Servicing- Work on timely revert on Briefs/Presentations & Proposals/Build relationships with the clients.
  • Collection of all outstanding business within the applicable credit policy
  • Tracking Advertisement campaigns of clients & accordingly design/pitch customized cinema campaign for the clients
  • DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY & CONTROL
  • Decisions made alone
  • Decisions on Consultative Mode / Referred to Higher Level: Proposals, pricing, deal closures
  • WORK RELATIONSHIPS
  • Internal Customers All departments for cordination.
  • External Interface (Customer, Supplier etc) Clients/agencies/Vendors
  • QUALIFICATIONS ( Educational & Professional): Masters Degree in Management
  • EXPERIENCE ( No of years): 2-7 years of experience. Must have hands on experience in media / space selling, concept selling, corporate selling industry experience, should understand the sales process and strong background. Strong sales person with great ability to network. Ability to handle & work under pressure alongwith basic computer skills.
