Job Summary

Role Description:

Solve complex problems in the Employee Experience (EX) space. This person will consult with clients on their employee survey programs, employee assessment programs; designing and delivering client programs related to DEI, Employee Engagement, Lifecycle and Talent Transformation. This role will provide you exceptional exposure and visibility into EX-research programs of top companies in the world. You will need to combine your strong technical expertise, interpersonal skills, business acumen, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in and/or shadow calls with key stakeholders to understand the challenges customers face around Employee Experience (EX) and support their efforts to measure EX via surveys
  • Support the design and development of content that helps clients implement and deliver value from their EX programs
  • Provide consulting support to clients; this may include survey and assessment design, change management consulting, program data analysis and interpretation, executive presentations action planning and training
  • Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of Qualtrics' EX solution offerings to client programs
  • Partner with team members to develop value propositions/new service offerings
  • Partner with the global EX team to find opportunities to help our customers deeply understand the EX space

Qualifications/Certifications

  • Advanced degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Behavioural Science or a related field

What are we looking for?

  • 0 - 1 year of experience working in the research / experience management space
  • Internship / Academic experience working with employee survey programs, employee assessment programs or in an Employee Insights/Analytics function
  • Keen interest in leading complex engagements involving multiple stakeholders and partners, including project management and client relationship management
  • Have a strong understanding of good research methodology, item design and data collection
  • Experience (live or internship or academic) designing and delivering client programs related DEI, Employee Engagement, Lifecycle and Talent Transformation
  • (preferred) Exposure to EX Platforms like Qualtrics, Medallia, ConfirmIT
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data while helping partners understand how to do this.
