About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to represent Ugaoo in the retail space. In this role, you will actively engage with customers, showcase Ugaoo products, and create a memorable in-store experience that drives both sales and brand loyalty. You will have the opportunity to interact directly with consumers, helping them find the best products to meet their needs and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Demonstration: Engage customers by actively demonstrating and providing comprehensive information about Ugaoo products.
• Customer Engagement: Build a positive and professional image of Ugaoo, offering guidance to customers to help them choose products that best suit their needs.
• Identify Customer Needs: Listen attentively to customer preferences and requirements, offering personalized product recommendations.
• Promotional Setup: Organize and manage promotional stands or booths, ensuring that products are properly stocked and presented.
• Sales Reporting: Submit daily sales reports to the City Head, tracking product performance and customer insights.

Key Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in retail or in-store sales.
• Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Energetic, adaptable, and proactive, with a natural curiosity and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Passion for creating engaging and enjoyable work experiences.
