What you'll do at UiPath Actively enable the efficiency of day-to-day operations from behind the scenes, connecting with multiple functions within the Chief Customer Organization and all functions at UiPath Collaborate with internal staff members to support priority initiatives Program management including event support, creating content and presentations Coordinate, lead, and manage initiatives across all relevant UiPath divisions and liaise between business stakeholders, the CoE team, and other functions Develop detailed project plans, inclusive of scope, timeline, risks, governance, and communication, to monitor and track progress and present project dashboards to all stakeholders and management levels What you'll bring to the team Bachelor s degree in Business Management or related field Minimum four years experience in GTM project/program management and/or consulting Experience communicating with executive stakeholders and driving GTM programs from design through delivery Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, written and verbal, with the ability to facilitate complex organizational conversations Ability to effectively engage and work within a global team, listen to multiple stakeholders, and balance expectations Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable with operating in ambiguity Comfortable in Excel,PowerPoint presentations, and Google Workspace The ability to summarize and present complex topics effectively to key stakeholders including CCO Leadership team and other key stakeholders Experience in organizing and managing cross-functional projects High sense of urgency, detail oriented, and can prioritize workload to deliver quality and timely work No task is too small; is a team player who is a natural collaborator Connector, positive influence for the team and liaison to many stakeholders to support our growth and delivering on accelerating human achievement Ability to travel up to ~25% of the time
