Assistant Manager It Security Job in Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Ltd

JOB SUMMARY

Assists IT-Security Manger to effectively manage IT security operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business

• Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Customer

• Help infra and Risk team to build and maintain a secure environment as per Ujjivan and regulatory standard guidlines

• Monitor and Manage health of Security devices
• Vendor management
• Preparation of Weekly/Monthly Reports.
• Co-ordinate with system integrator to ensure all issue are resolved on time

Learning & Performance

• Motivate team to work together in the most efficient manner.
• Keep track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members.

FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• L3 Security (Network/routing-switching/ACL) expert.
• Expert hands-on knowledge in firewalls (Fortinet, ASA preferred)
• Deep knowledge on Application layer security (WAF & IPS knowledge)
• Knowledge in VA/PT of infra assets/servers
• Endpoint security and compliance knowledge
• Experience in SOC incident analysis
• Experience in RBI KRI and reporting
• Knowledge in NAC and Zero trust VPN (Zscaler ZPA preferred)
• Experience in DLP (McAfee)
• Experience in AV (McAfee ePO)
• Experience in DAM , Database monitoring and analysing incident
• Experience in proxy (McAfee)

Required Candidate profile

• Graduation / Post Graduation with IT Background
• With any security certification( CISSP, CISA etc) or equivalent knowledge
