National Manager Data Analytics Job in Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Ltd

• Manage the Data & Analytics function in Ujjivan.
• Review the quality of existing data and ensure continuous enrichment of data
• Develop analytical models to support customer segmentation, improve the underwriting quality.
• Develop cross-sale & up sale plans for all business vertical.

Financial / Business

• Improve the data quality of existing data with help of relevant departments.
• Refine customer segmentation using data.
• Develop Credit score cards for different businesses.
• Work out with Business & marketing heads to develop analytics model to identify cross-sale & up-sale opportunities

Customer Service

• Improve the TAT of different businesses by use of data.
• Improve customer experience during on-boarding and buying another products by utilizing customers relevant data

Internal Processes

• Develop a governance policy & process for review of data quality and the use of various models
• Set up a inter departmental governance team to monitor the progress of Data & Analytics projects
• Ensure adherence to all the RBI compliance related to confidentiality of data
• Build advanced capabilities of data analysis
• Use the ML & AI as the data quantity increases
