Job Responsibilities:
Load and reconcile monthly statistics (including Units, PEPM and Customer Count) in TM1
Partner with sales finance monthly to ensure bookings are loaded timely in TM1.
Evaluate month over month variances in the revenue subledger and highlight major customer changes.
Lead the update process of all monthly KPI metrics in TM1 for actuals and reforecasting/budgeting.
Assess processes and recommend improvements to gain efficiencies.
Run multiple reports from various systems and partner with recurring revenue analysts.
Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly reports for Revenue Forecasting.
Prepare and analyze Employee Count reporting including seasonality.
Prepare and analyze Termination analysis for Forecasting and reporting.
Ad hoc projects/analysis as needed.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Financial Analyst FP&A role
Minimum Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting or Finance. Chartered Accountant or MBA with specialization in Finance from a reputed institute is preferred.
Proficient in Excel
TM1 or Hyperion experience is a must
PowerPivot/PowerQuery experience ideal
Tableau/PowerBI/Alteryx experience ideal
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills and interest in continuous process improvement
Ability to multi-task and handle time-sensitive projects
Must be able to work with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently on standard tasks
Can do attitude with a Desire to learn new processes
Prior experience working remotely with a US multinational company is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
