Description
Responsible for India Payroll processLiaising with ADP (third party payroll service provider), timely sharing of payroll inputs, validation of draft/final paysheets
Proper and timely deduction and deposit of Withhold taxes, provident fund, ESI and other labor compliances like PF UAN linking, transfer/withdrawal process etc.
Various payroll related monthly/quarterly/yearly returns
Induction to New joiners
Accruals of PBIP/commission and payroll on monthly and/or as and when required
Review Process of salary related reimbursements (FBP-Flexi Benefit plans)
Maintain and reconcile of Headcounts, Leave records
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in the India region is requiredStrong people and customer service skills, advocate positive working relationships among internal and external customers
Excellent Verbal communication skills
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must
Ability to embrace technology and change
Well-organized, extreme attention to detail and a self-directed individual
