Description

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the analysis, design, build, deployment, and support of Integration components for UKG EDW using Azure Stack and Informatica
2. Produce high-quality code resulting from knowledge of the latest frameworks, code peer review, and automated scripts
3. Provide Technical oversight for peers
4. Work Closely with the Reporting team, Architects, PMs, Peers, BAs and business
5. Provides inputs/updates to architect, Management, project manager as required on design, planning, effort estimations, risk management, status reports
6. Define, promote and follow development best practices and standards.
7. Gain an extensive working knowledge of business data and user functions & creating related documentation.
8. Troubleshoot and tune existing applications proactively to maintain high service level standards.
9. Independently performs problem determination and resolution in the production environment and provides production support as needed both during and after normal business hours.
10. Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.

Qualifications

1. Extensive experience with analysis, design and implementation of Data Integration
2. 5+ years of hands on experience using tools like Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Bricks in Azure Cloud Datawarehouse (Synapse) environment
3. 2+ hands on development experience with ETL tool (preferred Informatica)
4. Proven ability to technically lead team in Integration space
5. Identify and troubleshoot performance, connectivity and other issues for the on-prem and iPaaS integrations
6. Solid experience in CI/CD based application development methodology using tools like Jenkins/TFS/power shell etc.
7. Demonstrated hands-on experience using SQL and PL/SQL for development, performing data profiling, formatting and adhoc data analysis, working with semi-structured data.
8. Strong knowledge of Data warehousing, data modelling and ETL design concepts
9. Experience working in Waterfall as well as Scrum/Agile SDLC environment
10. Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
