Job Summary
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in leading and managing automation teams, with a track record of successfully driving automation initiatives in a cloud services environment.
- Deep expertise in automation technologies, tools, and frameworks, with hands-on experience in infrastructure as code (IaC), configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of AWS cloud computing platform and their automation capabilities.
- Strong hands-on experience along with architecting knowledge in leading automation tools, frameworks and platforms e.g. Cloud Formation, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, Python, GoLang etc..
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business outcomes through automation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead change effectively.
