Job Summary
  • Good understanding of commercial contracts
  • Familiarity with Bank Guarantees, Insurance, and Letter of Credit (LC)
  • Understanding of claim management, including variation claims and insurance claims
  • Proficient in reconciliation, both receivable and payable
  • Knowledge of month-end and year-end provisioning
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles for revenue recognition
  • Close coordination with customers, project site teams, and cross-functional teams
  • Preparation of Supply Bill Annexure using Challan and Material Inspection Report (MIR)
  • Preparation of Installation Bill Annexure using Work Inspection Report (WIR)
  • Certification of Supply and Installation Bills from customers
  • Maintenance of Statement of Accounts
  • Handling audit queries with consultation from the Project Director
  • Preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports such as Debtors report, Liquidation Plan, Billing and Collection Forecast, in consultation with the Project Director
  • Knowledge of GST (Goods and Services Tax), IT TDS provisions, and other commercial tax provisions
  • Proficient in remotely monitoring and reviewing project commercial activities
  • Adherence to IMS/SHE/TBEM standards, procedures, guidelines, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
