Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible to test Robots and Electronic Components Development of Quality planning for each Customer unit. Perform quality check on PCBs Track and trend Quality defects, and lead projects to reduce or eliminate. Quality defect documentation and issue resolution. Maintain quality control of manufacturing processes and sourced components. Participate in Root Cause investigations and develop Corrective and Preventative Actions for identified Quality issues Collaborate with other cross-functional teams such as product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create detailed and structured strategies Raise the bar high for the quality of the product and the team Requirements: Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools. Knowledge of PPAP and SPC or Six Sigma Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills & self-driven The ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in parallel. Good to Have: Knowledge in electronics Experience with Python or other scripting languages Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus Major interest in solving complex and time critical problems Eligible candidates: Desired Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor Engineering in Electronics & Communication
