Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and prepare work instructions. Assess processes, take measurements for time and motion study. Developing, configuring and optimizing the value stream mapping Understand and develop the work cell designing. Perform process simulations. Requirements: Understanding and ability of layout designing Knowledge of capacity planning. Knowledge in 5S and Kaizen culture development. Experience with 2 bin implementation. Good Analytical Skills Good Interpersonal and communication skills Good to Have: Proven work experience in process engineering Knowledge of process related standards Experience in process simulations Eligible candidates: BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical, Electronics, Electronic and Telecommunication, Automobile. 1-2 years of industrial experience (Automobile and electronics Pref.)
