• Oracle/SQL Server/Sybase/DB2.
• JSP, Servlet, Struts, Spring, Hibernate...
• Weblogic, WebSphere, Tomcat...
• Development Tools Netbeans, Eclipse.

Job Responsibilities :

• Gather functional requirements and then translate them to technical specifications by analyzing user requirements and studying existing applications.
• Determine design methodologies, software libraries and other tools needed for theproject.
• Ensure that allprojectsare delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailedprojectplan (traditional & sprint based) to monitor and track progress.
• Measureprojectperformance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimizeprojectrisks.
• Create and maintain comprehensiveprojectdocumentation.
