Responsibilities of theprogrammanager Dailyprogrammanagement throughout theprogramlife cycle; Defining theprogramgovernance (controls); Planning the overallprogramand monitoring the progress; Managing theprogram s budget; Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements; Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies; Managing and utilizing resources across projects; Managing stakeholders communication; Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to theprogram s outcome with the aid of the business changemanager; and Managing the mainprogramdocumentations such as theprograminitiation document.
