Job Summary Our TeamAs Senior Product Manager Platform, you are responsible for the ProductManagement of the underlying platform and services that support Uniphore Products and Product Line families. You will work on developing the platform vision, strategy, roadmap, scalability, flexibility, maintainability, and cost effectiveness of the platform. You will be able to balance business needs, product requirements, delivery costs with technical constraints and love building a scalable platform to accelerate bringing new products to market and to our customers.Product Management within Uniphore is responsible for driving the product strategy that drives the growth at Uniphore. You must be willing to defend that strategy against random changes, fads, and single customer escalations. You will look at the Big Picture and think long term about how best to build and evolve the platform for the growing Uniphore product suite while considering the engineering (technical and architectural) needs as well as the business results (revenue, margin, delivery cost, and time to service).Product Management at Uniphore drive the entire product lifecycle from defining the target through to checking whether business forecasts match the real-world performance.Your ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the strategy, roadmap, prioritization for the platform while minding financial considerations to help maximize gross margin and cost effectivenessInterface with cross-functional teams Product Management, Product Engineering, UX/UI, Pre-Sales, Delivery/Services, etc. to build and deliver your roadmapCollaborate with business leadership and product management team in defining clear product platform strategy to support products in the relevant markets or geography.Identify market requirements, create preliminary design concepts, and drive the implementation of the platform roadmapDefine creative, high quality, simple platform roadmaps, user stories and UX that can be used to create specifications and architecture to support Uniphore existing and future product lines.Understand the business requirements, product portfolio strategy, and the platform dependencies to prioritize the roadmap and translate to product functional & technical requirementsEvaluate and build business cases for platform services, APIs, infrastructure, and technologies including determinization of whether we should build, buy or partnerOwn the end-to-end product management cycle from Concept to Market Introduction, and lifecycle managementManage and build relationships with partners to deliver and evolve a platform to support a market leading product portfolioDevelop appropriate metrics and tracking of product initiatives and ensure reporting to stakeholdersRequired Skills / ExperienceBachelor s/Master s Degree in Computer Science/IT Engineering or related fields 8+ years of experience in delivering SaaS based / web-based products with 5+ years of Product Management experience Experience in microservice, API gateway and other shared service platform definition and product management strongly preferredExperience in building products with Data Science, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Artificial IntelligenceFamiliarity with microservice and container orchestration frameworks is a plus.Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with architecture and engineering is necessaryExperience in Contact Center, Speech Analytics, Virtual Voice Assistant products is preferredExcellent written & oral communicationExperience in working in Agile methodologies Proven analytical thinking, big picture & business thinking, leadership, problem solving, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills Be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detailDemonstrated ability to engage and influence senior level executives Our TeamAs Senior Manager - Product Management Platform, you are responsible for the ProductManagement of the underlying platform and services that support Uniphore Products and Product Line families.
