6. Vendor standardization.

B. Product Engineering

1. Special product design...

2. Product analysis and developing new features.

3. Guide to prepare cable data sheet.

4. Special Product costing.

5. Offer special product to sales.

6. Technical support to sales.

C. New Product Development

1. New Product Development based on Market Research.

2. Face Lift for Existing Products based on Market Requirement.

Qualification

Bachelor or Masters in Chemical Technology , Polymer Technology,

Experience

Atleast 15 + years of experience especially in Cable design

Knowledge & Skills

Strong Knowledge of Cable design.

Strong Communication & Presentation Skills.

Leadership & Team skills.
