What success looks like in this role:

Role: Digital Workplace Collaboration Operations

Location: Client Location

Expected Salary Range:

High-Level Description: Position will be a dedicated Microsoft SharePoint 2016 / Office 365 SharePoint Online.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Advance Knowledge in Maintenance and Administration of SharePoint services, including daily monitoring, analytics reporting, troubleshooting, performance analysis, as well as perform as the SharePoint expert without any technical guidance.
  • Install, configure and deploy Share Point 2013/2016 Farms.
  • Performance Optimization of SharePoint server.
  • Root Cause analysis for issues on SharePoint 2013/2016 & SharePoint Online
  • SharePoint Server level issues and user related issues.
  • Implementation, Upgrade, Migration & Troubleshooting complex SharePoint issues.
  • Experience in SharePoint Migration from earlier versions to 2013/2016 & SharePoint Online.
  • Expertise in handling Server Farms and troubleshooting on various problems.
  • Having good exposure on Implementation, Maintenance, deployments and troubleshooting issues.
  • Configure SSRS (SQL Server reporting services) integration mode in SP and deploy the reports.
  • Installation of Hot Fixes, cumulative updates and Service packs
  • Knowledge on SharePoint Best Practices.
  • Worked on Nintex forms and workflows.
  • Worked on Project server
  • Worked on Metalogix tool

Necessary skills:

  • Advance-Level in Collaboration technologies such as SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2016, and Office 365 SharePoint Online.
  • High-Level of understanding of Microsofts Productivity Software Collaboration Suite ( Yammer, OneDrive , MS Teams and so on)
  • Strong understanding of ITIL.
  • Must be able to collaborate effectively with other associates within the organization.
  • Ability and willingness to take direction from team Lead, SDM and Client Executives.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Able to adapt to a changing technical environment.
  • Ability to coach other members of team in their area of expertise.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with all team members and end-users.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
  • Customer facing presentation and consulting skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell.

    Certifications / Experience / Training needed:

  • 10+ years of working with Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 and O365 SharePoint Online technologies
  • 5-7 years of Microsoft and Networking Technical Experience
  • Proven experience in managing complex Microsoft SharePoint enterprise environment SharePoint Migrations for large global enterprises
  • Solid understanding of O365 SharePoint Online technologies
  • Proven ability to work on large-scale global deployments in multiple locations
  • Strong understanding of networks and related WAN/LAN technologies
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience

Microsoft Certifications in the Microsoft technologies required for this position

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Qualifications :

University degree or equivalent education and experience
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience


Advanced knowledge in one of the technologies relating to enterprise systems, networks, backup, storage, cloud or a customer proprietary, COTS, or Unisys application. Have specific certifications on the respective domain, platform or application.

Ability to support multiple clients/ technologies as part of shared support delivery.

Must be client focused, display interpersonal skills and be an effective team member.


Ability to train and develop staff and/or client.
