What success looks like in this role: (This header will appear in all postings).

• *Day to Day Work: In this role you will:
  • Work as an individual contributor and support junior team members on dev activities
  • Step in to support the lead on design, estimation and support aspects of the application
  • Interact with Customers on regular basis for requirements analysis, design reviews etc.
  • Carry out development activities including Agile Business Suite programming, debugging and solutioning with minimum supervision
  • Carry out L2, L3 and maintenance of largescale business applications and deliver as per the agreed deadlines with the customer.
  • Involve in designing and development of new requirements including new components like Ispecs, Reports, Methods.

• You will have opportunity to lead.
  • Efforts on Knowledge acquisition activities as part of transition and plan for its timely execution and completion of assigned responsibility
  • And manage steady state operations post transition

• Tools and Technologies you will use:
  • Agile Business Suite Coding, Debugging, Testing
  • Client Tools
  • Clearpath MCP - Usage of MARC, CANDE, WFL, System utilities etc. is a big plus

• Team environment
  • Initially 3 developers during transition. Team to ramp up to 5 post transition in 2021
  • Would operate during UK business hours to have an overlap with the US team
  • Would work on unemployment insurance domain.

*Minimum Education Required: Bachelors Degree in related field preferred.

• *Minimum years relevant experience required.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working on EAE or AB Suite applications.
  • Flexible to undertake short / long term travel to US for training / work assignment
  • Working in a team with a distributed team (onshore & offshore) would be a big plus.
  • Prior experience of working in application support and maintenance activities in a large set up would be an advantage.
  • Prior exposure to working with a diverse ethnic or cultural background is welcome
  • Unemployment Insurance knowledge would be a big plus
