Job Summary

What success looks like in this role:

This position is responsible for executing the purchase of emergency parts in accordance with performance metrics to ensure emergency parts are delivered to meet Unisys customer needs and maximize use of control processes for Unisys Global Outsourcing and Infrastructure Services customers. Develops/provides solutions to a wide range of problems. Solutions are thorough, practical and consistent with organization objectives. Work is performed under general direction and may include: Maximize use of internal processes and tools to ensure on time delivery of parts to fill emergency orders through timely purchase or parts. Key Responsibilities Execute those processes in the specific areas assigned under current organizational responsibilities, such as order management. Develops/provide solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Responsible for processing emergency orders in accordance with performance metrics for purchasing parts. Manage client product orders. Placing purchase orders. Expedite inbound deliveries.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Key Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience and an BA/BS degree or equivalent experience Extended knowledge of the service supply chain A working knowledge of the help desk processes. Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-location team Excellent verbal/written communication skills, command of the English language
