Complete Coordinating within the Department and with factory, operation department, Marketing Department etc.

To visit Dholka Factory for container inspection and random checking of packing material inventory and bursting strength of outer and inner cartons.

To attend seminar, workshop and other related export related programs.

To maintain quarter wise database of export sales, country - wise, SKU- wise and party wise.

To handle new packaging development jobs and close coordination with marketing department and also designing agency.

To maintain & update party wise & country - wise files of export department.

Coordination with FIEO, GCCI, CII, FICCI, etc. for renewal procedure and get details about their events and monthly bulletins.

To update database of country -wise distributors and retailers on regular basis.

To study country - wise labelling regulations & statutory requirements for packaging and understand import regulations.

Any other assignment given by management from time to time as per company's requirement.
