Job Description

Connecting and corresponding to Corporates on behalf of the organization Will be required to keep track and follow up of Director's correspondence and will be required to do correspondence himself. Will be required for develop content for in-house journals. Proactive data gathering, writing, editing and publishing on timely manner. Maintain relations with Press and Media for efficient coverage of important events / occasions He should be willing to take-up the responsibilities for doing corporate liasoning with government offices and work related to corporate affairs/maintaining public relations on behalf of the director. Responsible for coordinate meeting/engagement schedules, liaise with concerned persons internally and outside agencies and attend to visitors. He will maintain strict confidentiality and keep a master record of all correspondence and communication generated by him. He may have to attend important events with the directors. Willingness to work/ travel on Sunday/Holiday. To assist Executive Director as per his requirements and guidelines. To take care of record keeping, prepare MOM, EOD reports, analysis and preparation of different reports and their presentation. To do travel related arrangements/bookings of Directors. The role holder has to reach by 9 Am or 9:30 AM as required to director's Bungalow/Assigned Venue/Office as per the director's plan for the day. He may have to stay for late hours as and when required. The role holder needs to travel along with the director wherever he travels, may it be within city/outside city/state/country as per the needs of director. Any other assignment given by management from time to time. As per company's requirement.
