Position: VP Marketing - for Tungsten Carbide products

Location: Ankleshwar

Reporting to: MD

Job Role:

• Responsible for Direction, Strategy, Planning and Execution for Marketing PAN India.
• Identifying prospective OEM clients and increasing Sales Volumes.
• Generating business from existing accounts & achieving targets.
• Conducting competitor analysis and study market trends to achieve desired results.
• Leading, guiding and motivating team to ensure performance.
• Work closely with the MD on plans, goals, and future product innovations.
• Play an active role in senior-level negotiations with client companies

Candidate Profile:

• Must have 18-20 years industry experience, with 7-8 years in heading the Business development, Sales & Marketing operations, for OEM / related industry.
• Prior experience in Tungsten Carbide products and related Sales & Marketing operations is desirable.
• Must be a Go-getter, with Strong Customer focus.
• Effective communicator with excellent negotiation skills and analytical ability.
