Lab And Technical Engineer Job in Unitile

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing, maintaining and managing global testing procedures and guidelines for all products and production units.
• Securing and coordinating cross-functionally with development teams for prototyping and testing of engineering tools, dies & moulds.
• Maintaining and securing the test reports, standards and certificates required, together with production unit.
• Securing continuous supports from research and simulation team on various engineering tool development.
• Responsible for performing testing to support device design, tooling qualification, assembly process development and component release.
• Performs mechanical and functional testing on products using standard and bespoke techniques to support product design from design concept through to product commercialization.
• Develop Design Verification test plans in line with relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in design reviews throughout the product lifecycle by identifying and addressing any technical gaps to the program team.
• Compilation of technical protocols or reports to support design and development lifecycle.
• Build and maintain the lab infrastructure to support testing of product
• Perform method validation and verification activities to support product testing
• Lead preparation of test plans, test procedures, and validation of design by tests
• Execute tests according to the plan and tests on demands
• Should have knowledge on all relevant structural, electrical, mechanical and fire standards pertaining to the range of product manufactured

Qualification and Experience:

• Mechanical Engineer Background
• Age- 35-40 years
• At least 8 years of working experience in the similar field
• Knowledge of products, manufacturing processes, as well as team-building.
