Job Summary

Key Responsibilities: Training and managing the team, preparing team rosters, assigning targets to the team, and ensuring their optimum performance. Reviewing and interpreting the competition after an in-depth analysis of market information to fine-tune the marketing strategies and augmenting business volumes. Conducting BTL activities, imparting training to the team members, and monitoring their performance through various reports to achieve the set targets. Looking after the operations and performance of the team and providing guidance whenever required. Collaborating with the study abroad consultants and bringing them on board. Managing these accounts with due diligence in order to generate more business for the organization. Responsible for conducting face-to-face and virtual training sessions with these consultants. Collaborating with the top Indian universities with a strong provision for a student exchange program. Connecting with the concerned stakeholders, the student exchange committee members, etc. to organize workshops/webinars for marketing and lead generation. Collaborating with University Representatives of the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, and Ireland-based Universities and building a solid rapport with them so that they can promote University Living's services among their students. Administering strategic operations including budget planning, event planning, & sales forecasting, and implementing cost control measures; interacting & developing rapport with all external/ internal constituents of clients at all levels for maximum client retention and achievement of service revenues. Representing University Living at various education fairs and interacting with prospective study abroad aspirants. Actively participating in the pre-departure events conducted by the UK-based Universities for marketing and lead generation. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
